Our Company

We are a 29 year old family owned and operated firm. We offer an exciting, fast-paced and challenging environment where high-achieving, detail oriented and motivated individuals thrive. We have doubled in size within the last 5 years and we started our own consolidation facility in Eastern WA.

We are currently seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to assist our Transportation Manager with overseeing the daily movement of fresh produce shipments nationwide. The successful candidate in this position will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the continued growth of our business.

The required qualifications for this position include:

*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Exceptional phone and general customer service skills supported by an outgoing, energetic, and congenial personality.
*Impeccable attention to detail.
*Problem solving and analytical skills.
*Ability to multi-task.
*Team orientation.
*Strong computer/typing skills with significant experience using MS Office (Excel and Outlook) as well as web-based tools.
*Ability to adjust to changing situations, work independently on assigned tasks, and accept guidance and direction.
*Capability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and able to accomplish team objectives.
*Geographical knowledge or good understanding of the U.S. map.

Preferred qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
*Shipping/Logistics experience a plus.
*QuickBooks experience a plus.
*Customer Service experience.

This position will have set hours (Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm & Saturday 8AM-12:00 PM rotating). However, there may be some days that require an earlier start time or you may need to stay later to accommodate the work load. Availability for evening and weekend after hour calls maybe required. (additional compensation)
